Assemble Spaces Workshop - Hand Woven Wall Hanging run by Olivia Carr of A Little Warped Weavings/ @alittlewarpedweavings

Come get hands on with with yarn and thread with Olivia from A Little Warped Weavings. She will show you all the basics needed to create your own beautiful handcrafted wall hanging from Olivia's collection of yarns and textured fabrics; walking you through each step from warping the loom, different styles of weaving and adding beautiful tassels to your pieces!

Olivia is a a self-taught weaver, yarn spinner and yarn dyer, living in Melbourne’s north-east suburb St.
Andrews. Her creative background began when I was a young child. I have always enjoyed painting, drawing, sewing, knitting and try new crafts. Her inspiration drives from interior decorating, architecture and my environment. Tapestry is a creative process that allows you to get in touch with natural materials and use as a platform for expressing your feelings into a piece of work.

What's included in the workshop:
A selection of beautiful yarns and fabrics
A needle and Comb for use during the workshop
A loom to use during the workshop & for an extra $30 can be purchased after for you to take home to practice more..
